While the historical charm of the building was good, the lack of air conditioning made our stay a bit uncomfortable during the warmer daytime hours.

Everything was good, friendly staff, splendid views of the hills and the village of Nozzano Castello. The room was immaculately clean and impressive and there were facilities, including a coffee/tea maker, multi-channel television, and a study table. The location was stunning and magnificent - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It had lovely restaurant for dinner...

Beautiful, stunning location near the garden and Florence. Also, to the city walls.

The garden views from the window in the Studio were a real treat, and the room's high ceilings kept it cool without the need for AC.

The bathroom in the Studio could definitely use some updating, and features like a frying pan in the kitchenette would have been helpful. A complimentary bottle of water upon arrival would've been a nice touch.

The villa looks nice from a distance, but the bathroom could use updating, a huge letdown. As a solo traveler, i expected at least a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival! The location is a tad too remote for my taste. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, unfortunately.

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend adventure

Spacious room, delicious breakfast, with a fantastic pool area, made our stay enjoyable with quick access to local hiking trails.

Everything was first-rate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the kids who loved the pool and garden. Cinzia and her team were super friendly and shared great local tips. The comprehensive breakfast spread was a bonus, and the drive into Lucca was easy with beautiful views along the way.

My wife says that the bathroom could use some updating.

The pool area was perfect for relaxation. The room had a comfortable bed and a fan for cooling. Breakfast was tasty with fresh veggies. Cinzia was super helpful with dinner reservations and local tips. There was a great kitchenette to prepare snacks, and the honesty bar was a nice touch.

I stayed in the Studio (2 Adults), Annex for 5 nights and loved the spaciousness. The bed was super comfy, providing the best night's sleep. It was spotlessly clean, and the high ceilings kept the room cool without needing AC. Having the little kitchenette was a bonus too! The garden view from my window was such a treat, and I enjoyed sipping my coffee there each morning.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful place! The pool and garden areas provided perfect spots for relaxation, and it was so nice to enjoy breakfast outside. Just a small note, the bathroom could use a bit of updating, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment at all. 😊

Welcome drink and picnic area were great! Wi-Fi was spotty. Nice pool, but could improve.

Family-friendly spot with beautiful views, and it's not too far from cool places like Lucca, Pisa, charming villas, and the beach 🌅.

The location was magnificent and lovely, for example, Castello di Nozzano was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. the restaurant was lovely for dinner and for every budget.
